Quad-band GSM/GPRS module

Quectel’s M95 is one of the smallest quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 GSM/GPRS surface mounted modules on the market. With LCC package technology, it provides a compact configuration of 19,9 x 23,6 x 2,6 mm and can be embedded in customer applications. The device comes in two versions – the M95A and the M95EB – with the latter featuring a dual SIM interface not possessed by the former.
Featuring an industry-standard interface, the M95 delivers GSM/GPRS performance for data, voice and SMS with low power consumption, extended temperature range and compact profile.
